i just had a baby about a week agowhat are some quick ways to loose the weight ive gained.

the only way to loose weight is to expend more calories than you intake. limiting your food is one way---you could eat 1200 calday of potatoes chips and if you normally eat 2000 caloriesday of good food, youd loose weight. but you wont be healthy. you can exercise, but to loose one pound a week, youd have to do 500 cal worth of exercise per day (one pound is 3500 cal)---pretty unlikely with a newborn. lose more than one pound a week is not healthy, normally. however, you probably have a lot of fluid weight to loose, so, although it seems odd, drink lots and keep active.i found babywearing to be an awesome way to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> and tone up. by suddenly increasing your weight by adding a baby to yourself, your metabolism will burn more calories. great way to bond with baby and go about your normal daily life at the same time ).

hi. congratulations on your new baby. i recently had a baby and thought the same but 8 weeks later i was the same weight as before pregnancy (although slightly flabbier belly, but thats motherhood for you). as long as you didnt go too overboard during pregnancy and try to eat healthy now you should be fine but please dont worry too much about it and enjoy your little one. good luck x.

lots and lots of breastfeeding. it can be tough but if you stick with it, its worth it. its better for baby and has health benefits for you as well. weight loss is a great bonus. with my first child i lost all 38 pounds gained plus another 15. my second baby is two months old and i lost all 48 pounds gained plus another two so far. other than breastfeeding id suggest drinking lots of water, cut back on snacks and dont eat after 7pm. besides, your busy taking care of a new baby and burning off all kinds of calories. itll come off..

breast feeding mostly helps but be yourself especially after your baby has just been born as working out and dieting too much could harm you after as those changes your body has been making.you lose you baby weight automatically as you skin is stretchy so everything will go back into placegood luck =).

breast feeding but of course, everyone is different. i say go back to your regular eating habbits before you got pregnant. the weight would start to melt off cause the baby would keep you on your toes for a while. lol. congrats!.
